Breakfast Made Easy with a Double Burner Griddle
My kitchen has a lot of the basic amenities, but I find I am desperately jealous of people who have stove tops with built-in griddles. Weekend or holiday breakfasts and brunches are such a low key, fun time to reconnect with family and friends but when you can only make a couple of pancakes at a time in a conventional pan it does get tiresome when cooking for more than two. I decided to treat myself to a new double burner griddle so now I can quickly dish up large amounts of pancakes, eggs and sausage without dirtying every pan in the kitchen.
A double burner griddle is a griddle that, well, goes over two burners. It gives you about 10×19 inches of usable cook space, which is more than enough to dish up several servings of your favorite breakfast food at once. Mine has a durable non-stick surface (a must have for me with any griddle), sturdy handles, and is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel. It’s also oven safe, in case you’d like to start a dish stove top and finish it in the oven. With this double burner griddle you’ll be able to eat your pancakes with your family, instead of standing at the stove slowly turning out one pancake at a time in a regular fry pan and skillet while everyone eats their breakfast!
