These publications form part of the project “Fighting the poverty: The proposal of national Unity” that had as an objective to contribute to an integral reform of key sectors; the education, the health and the eating programs. For this task the IPESM counted the participation of noticeable experts as Enrique Vásquez Huamán, Juan Fernando fertile plain Ganoza and Carlos Guarnizo.

Likewise, in the process of elaboration of the texts the valuable one included itself contribute of the mayors and managers of national Unity of all the regions of the country. All this has turned out in the three solid, creative and innovative proposals of reform that today they compose the start of the Series “Reform of the State. You contribute for the Debate”. The IPESM trusts in which this is a valuable one contribute for the discussions of fund that requires the development of our country. The publications will be available to discharge very quick.

Se discutirán los casos de violaciones de derechos humanos en el Perú haciendo referencia a las conclusiones de la Comisión de la Verdad y Reconciliación. Por último se discutirán los documentos fundamentales de los partidos políticos que integran la Alianza Unidad Nacional a la luz del enfoque de derechos humanos.

El IPESM y la Fundación Konrad Adenauer organizaron el primer “Diploma de Formación Política para Jóvenes” en la ciudad de Trujillo durante los días 11, 12 y 13 de marzo 2005.
