Saving Money With a Counter top Water Filter
Our family used to spend hundreds of dollars a month on plastic water bottles. Our tap water not only tastes and smells funny but it’s also treated with several different chemicals that I don’t want my kids exposed to. We thought that plastic water bottles were our only option until we learned about a counter top water filter.
After our initial investment of actually buying the countertop water filter, we don’t have to spend a penny to get fresh, wonderful tasting water. And, of course, it keeps us safe by filtering out all the nasty chemicals we want to avoid. We choose a model from Aquasana Since we’ve gotten the filtration system we’ve had tons of compliments from visitors on how good our water tastes. One of our neighbors said it taste ‘glacial’ which I think means that it tastes crisp, cold and pure. We’ve noticed our kids are drinking more water too, now that it’s so tasty. All in all, we’ve saved a ton of money, have wonderful water right at our finger tips and no longer have to worry about where our water comes from. I’d say everyone won.
