There Is Nothing Like a Shed
Once you experience having sheds where you can get to it at any time day or night and not have to drive anywhere to retrieve your valuables, you will never go back to one of those storage units. We had a unit that was a 10′ x 10′ for two years and paid over $150.00 a month for the space. That was $3,600 for the space and we showed nothing for it after two years. After that I went online and found a shed that was bigger and didn’t cost me near that much.
I chose a 10 x 15.5 plastic storage shed for a couple of reasons. The first was the price. The plastic shed seemed to me to be the best value for what you got. On top of that was the maintenance on all the sheds. The wood sheds have to be treated regularly for both pests like termites and water damage as well as painted and the metal sheds are prone to rust if damaged at all. The plastic storage sheds only need to be washed down once a year. In comparing all of that the plastic won hands down! Now we have our shed right out back any time we need it and it looks great as well.
